Our mission is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The families of our casualties suffer in many ways: some financially, some psychologically.

Wounded Warriors Family Support mitigates their trauma by allowing them to find peace and solace as a family once more in family-friendly resorts that we provide free of charge. The resort condominiums that we own in Orlando, Florida and Galveston, Texas are quiet havens where war torn families can reunite and become stronger.

The Morgan Family

Dear Wounded Warriors Family Support,

This photo is my entire family, all 7 of us, going down Splash Mountain at Disney World.  My family and I want to thank you for sending us to Disney World, we had an amazing time.  I wish I could express in words how much this trip meant to our family.   It wasn’t just Disney World itself that was so incredible, but our accommodations at Bahama Bay were a first class resort.  Vacationing with our 5 children usually means we are crammed into a one or two room motel, but Bahama Bay was a home away from home, a very nice home away from home.   We had all the amenities including 3 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, patio, washer/dryer everything we needed.  My family and I have never vacationed in a place as nice as The Bahama Bay Resort.   In fact we decided to take a day off from Disney World and spent the entire day at Bahama Bay fishing, swimming, walking along the lake on the concrete nature trails and playing football with our kids in the huge open spaces surrounding our condominium.

Dear Wounded Warriors Family Support,

Now that we have been home for a couple days I wanted to write a proper thank you letter. I cannot express what this trip meant to my family. Since my husband, Jerry, returned from his last two tours in Iraq, after being injured both times, life has been different for us. Jerry has been on crutches for over 10 months now and still has no time frame for when he might be able to walk. His neck and back hurt everyday. Between doctor appointments, surgery and physical therapy, there isn't much family time for us. Jerry takes a lot of pain medications so he can't drive, he has a portable traction machine he uses on his neck daily and he has a bone stimulator machine he uses on his knee daily. He hasn't been able to really do much with the girls since his return and this has caused some depression to tackle on top of everything else.
