Mr. Folsom,Words will never be enough for me to tell you how my kids smiled those days at Disney. I haven't seen them smile in such a long time, that I didn't think it was possible to see it again.
The kids are Asher (6) in the red jacket, Cora (4) in the pink jacket, and Piper (9) in the orange and blue. We all have suffered such a great loss that it doesn't seem possible to go on. And then you see the kids and how much they look like their Daddy, and you know you have to go on.
The kids talk of him daily. The 2 little ones were so young when it happened, that they are just now asking questions. It is so heart-breaking knowing that they don't fully remember their Daddy. I have to remind them and keep his memory alive every day and it is so devastating to know that memories are all we have now.
Thank you so very much for the opportunity for us to go and have fun like families are supposed to even though part of our family is forever gone. We do count on the pictures and memories we have of Paul and we know that we will never forget him and will always love him.
Thank you again so very much.
May God bless you - Amanda Thomason, Piper, Asher, and Cora
